If you are just getting in to this coupon thing or have become a seasoned couponer; I am sure you can speak to the value of an extra email address just for your coupons.
An extra email address designated just for your coupons will help keep junk mail out of your personal inbox and help you filter between the necessary and the unnecessary. I have come across coupon situations where in order to print an online coupon, I had to give my email address. Having an alternate email address just for coupons saved me from having to provide my personal email account just for a 1x coupon.
I would suggest creating a free email account. There are several domains available that offer a free email setup. I prefer gmail because it seems easier to create and customize a unique handle name for yourself. A separate email account also creates a quick coupon/junk mail bail out plan. If you don't want or are not interested in getting coupons by email, its as easy as deleting your coupon email account and starting over!
